Our word for October is NURTURE. đż
To nurture is to care for, support, and give something the space it needs to grow. And that applies to so much more than the people we love.
What are you nurturing right now? Maybe itâs simply learning to notice what you need.
At Bloom, we believe growth doesnât have to be rushed. Sometimes it starts with slowing down enough to pay attention.
This month, weâre exploring what it means to nurture ourselves and each other.đ¤

As I'm planning for our Grow & Connect October 9th a Professional Connection Event, I was curious to learn a little more about our guest speaker, Estelle Kristy. Do yourself a favor and check out her website and social pages if you're on the fence about attending:

Thereâs something special about gathering with people who are curious, open, and willing to see themselves in a new way. â¨
This monthâs Grow + Connect workshop welcomes astrologer Kristy Estelle to Bloom for an evening of reflection, exploration, and connection. This event is sponsored by our friends at Hirschman Clincal Services.
Whether astrology is something youâve explored for years or youâre simply curious about what it might offer, come with an open mind and see where the conversation takes you.
Growth can happen when we pause long enough to get curious about ourselvesâand connection gives us a place to share what we discover.

We started this month with an invitation to PAUSE before rushing into a new season.
Not to stop everything. Not to overthink everything. Just to create a little space between where weâve been and where weâre going.
Maybe this month, pause looked like taking a breath before responding.
Maybe it was checking in with yourself before saying yes.
Maybe it was resting without immediately thinking about what needed to happen next.
Or maybe it was simply noticing something you usually move too quickly to see.
As we close out September, take one more pause with us:
What deserves more of your attention moving forward?
And what doesnât?
You donât need all the answers. Sometimes noticing is enough. đ

What if wellness didnât have to become another thing youâre trying to keep up with?
Another routine. Another appointment. Another goal. Another thing you should be doing.
What if it could simply be something that feels good to make space for?
A movement class that gets you out of your head and into your body.
A workshop that sparks something new.
An hour spent connecting with other people.
A chance to breathe, learn, move, or simply do something for yourself.
Thatâs part of what we want Bloom Studio to be.
Not another obligation. A space you can choose to step into when you need movement, connection, support, curiosity, or a change of pace.
Take a look at whatâs happening downstairs and find something that sounds good to you. đ

Wellness professionals, this one is for you. đ
Our next Grow + Connect is just two weeks away, and weâre excited to welcome Kristy Estelle, astrologist, for an experience that gives us a chance to learn, connect, and try something a little different together.
Grow + Connect was created because professional connection can be more than exchanging business cards or making referrals. We want to create space for genuine relationships â the kind that come from sharing experiences, learning from one another, getting curious about different areas of wellness, and spending time with people who understand the work you do.
This event is made possible with sponsorship and support from Hirschman Clinical Services and Michelle Hirschman, and weâre so grateful to have partners who believe in building this kind of wellness community alongside us.
If youâre a wellness professional looking for more connection and community, weâd love to have you join us.
Come experience something new, meet someone new, and Grow + Connect with us. đż

This Grow + Connect is a special one and different from anything weâve done before!
Along with the genuine connection and community at the heart of Grow + Connect this 2 1/2 hour gathering will feature a special experiential offering from astrologist, Kristy Estelle. Sheâll introduce us to astrology as a tool for deeper self understanding and reflection, including how it may complement work already happening in therapy, coaching, and other wellness spaces.
As wellness professionals, we spend so much of our time supporting others. Consider this an opportunity to connect with one another, learn something new, and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself đ
Light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Bring your business cards, journal, and an open mind.
âď¸Guest co-host and sponsor: Michelle Hirschman of Hirschman Clinical Services.

Excited to see you there!
Movement can be a pause, too. đ
Angie will be leading Essentrics classes at Bloom Studio three days a week!
Essentrics is a full-body movement practice that draws from elements of Pilates, yoga, and tai chi. Through gentle, intentional movement, Angieâs classes are designed to help you release tension, improve mobility and flexibility, work with the fascia, and reconnect with your body in a way that supports your overall wellbeing.
And because each class is limited to 12 people, youâll get the benefits of moving in community while still enjoying a smaller, more personal class environment.
Whether youâre looking for a new way to move, want to give your body some much-needed attention, or simply need a reason to step away from everything else for a bit, thereâs a place for you here.
Come move with Angie at Bloom Studio. đż

Pause + Ask: Do I Need Coaching or Counseling?
Sometimes the first step isnât knowing exactly what you need. Itâs simply pausing long enough to ask.
Counseling may be the right place to start if youâre navigating:
⢠Emotional barriers that feel difficult to move through
⢠Unresolved trauma or past experiences
⢠An untreated mental health diagnosis or symptoms
⢠Feeling stuck or struggling with motivation to make changes
Coaching may be a good fit if youâre ready to:
⢠Clarify your goals and what you want next
⢠Create practical strategies for moving forward
⢠Build accountability and follow-through
⢠Make intentional changes in your life
And you donât have to figure it out by yourself.
At Bloom, we offer both because we understand the benefits of different approaches.đż
Sometimes a pause is exactly where your next step becomes clearer.
