Okay we need to talk about microneedling with PRP, because it’s genuinely one of our favorite things we offer at Willow and we want you to understand why it actually works, not just that it always seems to be trending.

So microneedling itself uses these tiny sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in your skin. I know that sounds scary but stay with me. Your skin basically panics a little and goes “wait, we need to heal this,” and that response is exactly what kicks collagen and elastin production into gear. Those two things are what give your skin its firmness, bounce, and that smooth even texture we’re all chasing.

Now here’s the fun part. We draw a small amount of your own blood and spin it in a centrifuge to separate out the platelets, which are loaded with growth factors. We apply that PRP and use it like a serum, microneedling it directly into your skin so it can soak into all those freshly created micro-channels and get to work immediately. You’re basically using your own body’s healing power and giving it a major boost!

Together, this combo means faster healing, better results, and less downtime than microneedling on its own.
