These three products are some of my absolute favorites to use both on my clients’ hair and my own!
On wet hair, I start with Redken Quick Blowout to help speed up drying time, followed by Milbon Renewing Primer to prep the hair and leave it feeling soft, smooth, and manageable. After blow-drying and styling, Kevin Murphy Bedroom.Hair is my go-to texture spray for adding effortless volume, texture, and that lived-in finish without making the hair feel too stiff.

✨COLOR CORRECTION JOURNEY✨
When my client first came in, she had previously used box dye at home, which left her with uneven tones, unwanted red, and dark banding throughout her hair.
During our first session, we started the corrective process with a combination of strategically placed highlights and balayage to begin breaking up the existing color buildup and gradually transition her back toward a brighter blonde. We also used toning to neutralize unwanted warmth and soften darker areas. For session two, we continued with strategic highlights and a tip out technique to further lift and refine the blonde while creating more seamless, even result.
After two sessions, we were able to bring her back to the bright, blended blonde she was hoping for!
Color corrections take time, patience, and a customized game plan- but the transformation is SO worth it.

Treatment Thursday! Uma’s all-time favorite treatment is the Miltbon smooth. It’s a multi step longer term treatment. It give deep moisturizing benefits to dry and tangly hair. It gives a relaxing experience in the chair then after you get home for a few days, you are able to maintain it easily by swapping out your conditioner.
Uma’s favorite product is AntiFrizz Milbon Oil. It smooths out any frizz when your blow drying and has a good heat protectant in it! It gives off a glossy effect once dried and you can also use it in a finishing product if you don’t prefer the feeling of a traditional hairspray!!
