It was time to let go of the ends that were holding her back! This also allowed us to continue the journey back to blonde without being overly worried about the already compromised ends 🤍

Is this a sign that fall is coming early? ♥️
A girl can dream with this Texas heat! We did a 6 week refresh while also deepening the color a bit to be slightly more auburn than bright copper. Transitioning her from a summer copper to a fall red!

Building a clientele is EASILY the hardest part of the job- Part 2! 🤍 Here are some tips for what I would do behind the chair and in person!
1️⃣ A referral program & handing each client you have 3 of them! This could honestly be a whole side tangent, but a well built referral program that rewards your clients & the person they referred works WONDERS!!! I am mad we waited so long to start one!
2️⃣ Rebooking! Part of building a clientele, is not only getting them in your chair, but keeping the coming back! Make rebooking a priority & send reminders to clients who have schedules that don’t allow them to rebook! Your clients, schedule, & wallet will thank you!
3️⃣ Ask everyone for reviews! Most people only leave reviews when something bad happens, and they don’t think to leave good ones. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take, so just ask! Most people will leave one!

I created this look with just a few faceframing highlights & using airtouch everywhere else. This mimics what the sun natural does & creates a seamless, natural blend!
Building your clientele is easily the HARDEST thing to do as a hairstylist! Here are 3 social media tips that you can start doing right away (in a new city or not) to start building your dream clientele!
The main goal is to have the algorithm work for you (not the other way around). In order to do this you essentially tell it, what you are, where you are, and who you want to see your content & sit in your chair!

Another birthday blondie refresh ♌️ Want to know how I am able to create a soft growout while also allowing her to feel bright as can be? I don’t just apply a shadow root & call it a day. I custom place each foil, customize each weave in each subsection I take, apply my root smudges so you would not even realize she got one. All of this to create each of my clients’ dream blonde & growout!
