Solo bedtime with two toddlers and my baby🌙A little throwback to when baby boy was just 6 weeks old and I got all three to bed on my own for the first time. A little chaotic, a little sweet, and I’m so glad I filmed it to look back on as a memory🥹

I filmed this at five months postpartum and almost didn’t share it. Just some thoughts and a raw and real moment after my workout. And a reminder that healing and feeling like yourself after having a baby takes time❤️‍🩹
