Why are your shoulders always by your ears? Let's fix that.
That's not just "stress" — it's weeks (maybe months) of tension your body's been holding onto without a real release. Stretching helps for a minute. But if your shoulders snap right back up the second you sit down again, that's your sign it's time for actual hands-on work.
This is your reminder: book the massage you keep putting off. Your shoulders have earned it.

Therapeutic Massage Client Review:"I’ve been looking for a massage therapist since moving to Austin for YEARS and haven’t found one yet that truly helps me relax & release tightness. This was my first time seeing Rose today and she went above and beyond and was so friendly. It doesn’t feel like she just goes through the motions of a massage, she takes the time to feel your unique muscles and adapt the massage to what you need. I had insanely tight traps and not only did she get out my gnarly knots and release my tightness, but I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the massage! I love how cupping is included. Her space was relaxing, and she even gave me a cute bag with chocolate, tea, and Epsom salt. I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 recommend Rose!!" ~ Maddie G.

Buccal Intraoral Facelift Massage Review: “I’ve been telling several people about my experience and how great it is and how much I recommend it. I think having this added to the toolbox of options you already offer is a great way for people to experiment with this type of massage that isn’t always offered at most places.”

Client Review: Prenatal Massage 🤰
"I went to see Rose at 34 weeks pregnant, and I had such a great experience. She really took the time to listen to where I was actually feeling pain instead of making assumptions, which made a huge difference.
Her approach felt thoughtful and personalized, and I immediately felt comfortable in her care. The pressure during the massage was perfect, firm enough to be effective but still relaxing and safe for pregnancy.
She had me positioned on my side with plenty of supportive pillows, which made me feel completely comfortable and secure throughout the session, something I really appreciated this far along in pregnancy.
After the full 90-minute massage, I walked out feeling so much better, with noticeable relief in the areas that had been bothering me most. I will absolutely be going back and would highly recommend Rose, especially to other expecting moms looking for relief and someone who truly listens."
