🔥 TRAIN HARD. RECOVER HARDER.
Recovery isn’t a luxury—it’s a critical part of performance.
James is an instructor at RIDE, teaching multiple classes every week, while also being one of Austin’s top realtors. His body is constantly moving, performing, and being pushed to its limits. To say he puts his body through it is an understatement.
That’s where intentional recovery comes in.
For this session, I’m integrating Matcha Method Thai massage with my approach to address the body on multiple levels—working through restrictions, improving mobility, restoring balance, and helping release built-up tension and stress.
When your body is your tool, you have to maintain it.
Whether you’re an athlete, fitness professional, weekend warrior, or simply someone who demands a lot from their body, the right recovery strategy can make a significant difference in how you move, feel, perform, and recover.
Train hard. Recover intentionally. Perform at your best.

Muscle scraping, Active Release Techniques (ART), and deep tissue therapy—in that order—can be a powerful combination for relieving sore, overworked feet and calves.
Jonathan spends long hours on his feet, leading to tightness through the gastrocnemius, soleus, and Achilles tendon. By combining these techniques, we were able to reduce tension, improve tissue mobility, and help restore comfort and function.
Whether you’re on your feet all day, training hard, or simply dealing with chronic tightness, addressing the source of the problem can make all the difference.

My heart is full of gratitude after such an incredible learning experience with Matthew Chalons. Thank you to everyone who shared their knowledge, experience, and passion throughout the course. It was an honor to learn alongside such a talented and supportive group of practitioners.
I’m grateful for every new perspective, every lesson, and every connection made. Continuing to learn and grow allows me to better serve my clients, and I can’t wait to integrate these techniques into my practice while continuing to build on nearly 30 years of experience.
Thank you again for creating such an inspiring environment. I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Great way to end a session! Myofascial release can happen on so many levels. Feeling muscles let go, restoring movement, reducing tension, and helping the body return to a more balanced state. Recovery isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about moving better.
Our feet take a beating every single day, yet they’re often the most overlooked part of the body. 👣
Whether you’re standing for work, training hard, or simply living life, tight muscles and restricted mobility in your feet can contribute to pain in your ankles, knees, hips, and even your back.
Taking time to release tension and improve foot mobility can enhance balance, movement, and overall performance. Your foundation matters—take care of it. Click the link in my bio to book your next appointment today.

Tight shoulder capsule?
A restricted shoulder capsule can limit range of motion, create tension, and affect overall shoulder function.
Targeted release and mobility work can:
✔️ Improve range of motion

✔️ Enhance shoulder mobility
✔️ Promote better movement patterns
Healthy shoulders move better, perform better, and recover better. Click the link in my bio to get started! 💪🏾
Releasing tension in the lats—the large muscles that connect your mid-back to your arms—can significantly improve shoulder mobility, enhance overhead movement, and help reduce referred pain throughout the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Keeping these muscles healthy and mobile is key to better movement, recovery, and overall performance. Click the link in bio! 💪🏻
