I’ve been a little MIA lately! Between our new home in Georgetown, getting the family settled, and ALL the things that come with moving, life has been busy! 🏡🤍 I’m finally getting back into my routine at my new HOT YOGA, PILATES, HIIT & MORE location right by our house—and I’m so excited to jump into FALL, Y’ALL! 🍂🔥

Getting my ISO workout in at 130°—isolating those muscles with body resistance while soaking up the infrared heat! 🔥 I love the increased circulation, sweating, relaxation and recovery—and of course, the esthetician in me loves that healthy post-sauna flush too. Movement + hydration + taking care of yourself = good for the body AND the skin! 🍁🔥

It’s been quite a week….❤️ Along with saying goodbye to Dolly, our family also lost our precious bearded dragon, who brought us so much joy and will always have a special place in our hearts. We’re holding onto the sweet memories while being grateful for all the new things God has ahead.

This photo comes compliments of my mother-in-love, Leslie. She and her bestie were in the Smoky Mountains when they happened to run into Dolly, who was so sweet and gracious and took a photo with them. What a memory! ❤️

Wouldn’t we all love to look as fabulous as Dolly did throughout her life?! I also loved seeing her faith shine through in her later years, especially singing with artists like Zach Williams. 🙏🏻🎶

There will never be another Dolly. There will never be another YOU. And there will never be another family pet quite like the one who stole your heart. ❤️ So cherish them—and take care of that beautiful skin God gave you, too!

Back in the saddle. 🚴‍♀️🔥

School is back, which means 6:20 AM football drop-offs are officially part of the routine. 🏈 Add in moving, selling our home, work, kids, workouts AND trying to get that beauty sleep… and we are BUSY. 😅

But I’m making movement a priority again—even if I have to squeeze it in wherever it fits. This morning: sauna spin. 🔥🚴‍♀️

One thing I have to remember with these HOT workouts: HYDRATE. I drink a ton of water, but with all that sweating, electrolytes are important too because they help replace sodium and other minerals lost through sweat and support hydration, muscles and normal nerve function.

And I always add my creatine. 💪 Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders—it can help support strength, power and workout performance, and it helps muscles replenish the quick energy they use during intense exercise. Consistency is the key with that one!

Now… if I can just be as committed to getting enough sleep. 😂😴
