Heather is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience, specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Ashiatsu bodywork. After graduating from New Beginnings School of Massage in 2011, she spent six years working alongside Dr. Harrington at Barton Creek Chiropractic, where she developed extensive experience treating injuries, chronic pain, whiplash, and tech neck. That clinical foundation continues to shape her work today.

What we appreciate most about Heather is how she pairs that knowledge with genuine presence.

She believes the body tells a story, and that lasting relief comes from addressing the underlying patterns contributing to pain rather than simply treating symptoms. Every session is tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a space where the body can unwind, restore, and heal. 🪷

Away from the massage table, Heather enjoys yoga, strength training, swimming at Barton Springs, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Vega. ✌️🧘‍♀️🏖️🐶

Starting Monday, Ceremony’s bathhouse will be open until 11 PM every night.

No rush to make it before we close.

Come after work. Meet a friend. Read a book between rounds. Sit outside for a while. Stay for one more sauna. Head home relaxed instead of wired from another night in front of a screen. Sleep like a baby.

We believe the bathhouse is at its best when it becomes part of your regular rhythm, not something you make time for every once in a while. These extra evening hours make that even easier.

Whether you’re stopping by after work, ending date night with a sauna and cold plunge, or making the bathhouse part of your weekly routine, we’ll be here.
