💊 HRT stands for hormone replacement therapy. For most women, that means replacing testosterone, estrogen, and/or progesterone. For men, it is really about replacing testosterone.

🧬 The B stands for bioidentical. That means the hormone being replaced is identical to the compound your body naturally makes. Testosterone is replaced with testosterone, estradiol with estradiol, and progesterone with progesterone, whether it is delivered by injection, patch, cream, or pellet.
