Advanced Aesthetic Injector

08/07/2026

It’s not just the brand. Your muscle strength, dose, and even the depth of your injections can all affect how quickly it starts working. Trust the process, my friend. Every treatment needs to be adjusted based on how your treated area has changed.

*Note: The split-face dosing shown is for demonstration purposes only. Always follow your injector’s individualized treatment plan.

The frontalis is the muscle responsible for raising your brows and creating those horizontal forehead lines when you’re expressive. A neuromodulator treatment softens the muscle’s pull. Dosing and injection pattern were customized to her muscle strength and brow shape. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all unit count.

Individual results may vary. Results shown reflect this client’s specific anatomy and treatment plan 2 weeks after her first and only treatment.

Curious if this is right for your forehead? Send me a DM and let’s talk through your goals. 🤍

Beautiful skin starts with healthy cells.

The treatments we perform in the clinic are only part of the equation. What you nourish your body with every day matters just as much.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce a curated collection of physician-selected supplements designed to support your skin, hair, energy, gut health, and overall wellness…from the inside out.

Because the best aesthetic results don’t just come from what we inject…
They come from what we build.

I originally planned for 3 filler syringes. We ended up using 2.

Why?

Because a treatment plan is exactly that…a plan. It’s based on your anatomy, your goals, and what I anticipate might be needed. Once we begin, I reassess every step along the way.

If we achieve a beautiful, balanced result sooner than expected, we stop.

I’ll be honest—after 25 years of injecting, my estimates are usually very accurate. Experience has made it much easier to predict how much product a patient will need. But every now and then, I’ll quote a little higher than what we ultimately use. I’d rather have a little flexibility in the treatment plan than have you unexpectedly need another syringe midway through your appointment. I never want a patient to feel surprised by additional cost or have to stop treatment before we’ve reached the best outcome.

One of my favorite types of treatments isn’t about changing someone’s face.

It’s about restoring what time has slowly softened.

For this beautiful patient, we focused on a subtle facial refresh by treating:
• Under-eye support
• Lip hydration and definition
• Softening around the smile

The goal wasn’t to make her look different.

The goal was to help her look like herself on her best day.

The most beautiful results are often the ones people can’t quite identify. Friends may simply ask if you’ve been sleeping better, changed your skincare, or just seem refreshed.

That’s the difference between adding volume and creating harmony.

Every face is unique, and every treatment plan should be individualized—not based on a predetermined number of syringes, but on your anatomy and your goals.

✨ Less transformation.
✨ More refinement.
✨ The right amount is whatever creates the best result for you.

Save this if you’re curious about subtle, natural-looking aesthetic treatments.

Some mornings start with coffee. ☕️ Mine usually starts with texts from patients.

Sometimes they’re celebrating their results.

Sometimes they’re asking questions.

Sometimes they’re venting about life 😂.

These little messages remind me that aesthetic medicine isn’t just about injections. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and being there long after the appointment is over.

They truly make my day. 🤍

If you’re one of my clients, thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey.

Slide 1 (front view): Fully healed and 💯 undetectable dermal filler. 👄 Using Restylane Refyne to restore structure and natural volume in her lips and lines around her mouth. No overfilled look, just refreshed and rejuvenated. Results vary by individual. Curious what’s possible for your lips? Send us a DM 🤍

Slide 2 (side/oblique view): The profile view tells the real story ✨ Precise filler placement in and around the lips adds definition and subtle projection while keeping the natural lip shape intact. Fuller also added to smile lines, corners of the mouth and marionettes makes the skin appear tighter, brighter, and healthier. Individual results may vary. Ready to see your options? Experience teaches you pattern recognition.

Before you ever sit in my chair, I’m reviewing your injection history to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we should go next.

I’m thinking about the questions I need to ask when you arrive - not just to plan today’s treatment, but to make sure every treatment is better than the last.

I’m planning years ahead, choosing treatments that support your long-term goals while helping minimize complications down the road.

I’m considering your medical history, your lifestyle, and even your professional and social world because those things matter. The best treatment plan isn’t just based on anatomy…it’s based on you.

This is more than an appointment. It’s a relationship, and one I care deeply about.

Anyone can learn to inject. Not everyone learns to think like an injector.

Cheek filler is not a facelift and I really wish injectors would stop marketing it as one.

I know this isn’t a popular opinion, but I’m okay with that.

I’m tired of seeing injectors repeat things they heard on Instagram instead of applying critical thinking - and, quite frankly, basic common sense.

Cheek filler absolutely has a purpose when it’s actually indicated.

BUT if your cheeks are already prominent and proportionate to the rest of your face, adding more volume in an attempt to “lift” the lower face can make the face look heavier, puffier, or less natural.

The math isn’t mathing.

Big cheeks plus more big cheeks doesn’t equal big beautiful cheeks. 🤦‍♀️

And with the number of products, techniques, and treatment options available today, we can address concerns like smile lines in ways we simply couldn’t 20 years ago. We’re no longer limited to the same approaches many of us were taught in the early 2000s. Yet here we are in 2026, and I’m still hearing trainers teach new injectors concepts as if nothing has changed.

Be cautious of anyone who speaks in absolutes - words like “never” and “always.” Experience teaches you that there are very few absolutes in aesthetics. Every face is different. Every product behaves differently. Every treatment plan should be individualized.

The longer I do this, the more I realize that good injecting isn’t about following rules it’s about understanding when the rules don’t apply. 🎤

Most people think filler is just… filler.

In reality, there are many different dermal fillers, each designed with unique technology, different levels of firmness, rheology, flexibility, lifting capacity, and longevity.

The “best” filler isn’t determined by the brand, it’s determined by your anatomy, the area being treated, your goals, and how you want the result to look and feel.

That’s why I don’t have one favorite filler. I have favorite fillers for specific indications.

A soft, flexible filler that looks beautiful in the lips may not be the right choice for restoring cheek structure. Likewise, a product that provides excellent lift may not be ideal for delicate under-eye treatment.

The art isn’t choosing the one that’s trending online—it’s choosing the right product for the right patient.

»»» And predicting encapsulation and understanding what that filler will look like in 10 years if it encapsulates.

That’s one of the biggest differences that experience brings.

✨ During your consultation, I’ll explain why I’m recommending a specific product so you understand exactly how it supports your treatment goals.
