The CU Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is raising its training profile in 2026. In July, the division welcomed its first-ever fellow in microsurgery. Welcome, Victoria Wickenheisser, MD!

Please join us in welcoming Peyton Cobb, PA-C. Peyton earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2022. For the past three years, she has practiced in orthopedic trauma in Nashville, TN, where she developed extensive experience caring for patients with complex injuries and working collaboratively in the surgical setting. She and her husband moved to Colorado to be closer to family and the great outdoors. Peyton is excited to bring her past experience to the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery team while continuing to grow professionally and to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, reading and spending time with friends and family.
