Could not be more excited and proud the way our HIIT-45 class has grown Champions Atlantic Beach!!! This morning was the biggest class yet and they faced the challenge head on. When you see the exercises and think 30 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) just know the whole class completed three rounds in 30 minutes.
Be on the lookout for more dates and times on the Champions app and website. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
