5:00 a.m. and I’m already up. Prayer over my house. Prayer over my children. 🙏🏾💜💫
Next stop: the gym. 💪🏾
After that, it’s meal prep for my weekly clients because the grind doesn’t stop.

If you’ve been carrying an idea in your heart, a business, a new career, a healthier lifestyle, a ministry, or a fresh start, this is your reminder to stop overthinking and take the first step. Every dream you admire today began as someone else’s leap of faith.
And since it’s Small Business Saturday, let’s make an effort to support someone who’s building something from the ground up. It doesn’t always take money.
