Happy Monday beautiful people!

Happy Friday beautiful people! What are you most grateful for as you have reached the end of another week?
I am really grateful for something non-conventional...I'll share.

When I was a teenager, my mom would always just bust into the bathroom as I was getting ready for school. Man, It drive me CRAZY! she would walk in just to p*e and would often still have her eyes closed from being only partially awake. Anyway, something stayed with me when she would do this. She would always say "Thank you Lord that I can use the bathroom on my own"

I never understood. But now that I am full grown, I've had many of these moments of just busting into the bathroom stumbling out my sleep or starting my day early in the morning. I, too, hit the pot and stop to thank God that I can use the restroom on my own. The release of urinating with ease. The relief of body functions working at full capacity. What a BLESSING! I'm not waiting on the mercy of another human being or the kindness of a stranger to help me. Today, I can still do something so taken for granted, on my own.

So, in short, I got that from my momma. I so get it now. The little and very important things we often overlook in our every day.
