That’s where Ideal Barbers comes in.

For your first 12 weeks, your chair is $200/week to give you room to transition, get established, and start building without immediately carrying the full weight of the move.

You’ll work from one of our two Atlanta locations while getting access to the same conversations, education, marketing support, and business strategy I teach barbers and shop owners virtually.

I’m not looking for somebody I have to convince to take their career seriously.

I’m looking for a barber who’s already serious and wants the right environment around them for what comes next.

And I want to document what happens when you put a talented, independent barber in an environment with support, strategy, and room to grow.
