K18 just dropped a NEW scalp serum 👀🧬 and as a trichologist, you already know I had to see what the science is giving!

I love trying science-backed hair and scalp care, but I’m also big on actually giving products time to work before talking about results.

So I’m adding the new K18 Hair Hair scalp serum to my routine, staying consistent, and I’ll come back with my thoughts. 😅

Have you tried it yet?

Not every scalp serum does the same thing and choosing the right one can make all the difference. ✨

As a Certified Trichologist, one of the biggest mistakes I see is people buying products based on hype instead of their actual scalp concern.

Here’s a quick guide:

💧 For scalp hydration: HydraSource, Nutritive Scalp Serum, DermaScalp
❄️ For dandruff & flaking: Scalp Care, Scalp Revival Charcoal + Tea Tree Treatment, Scalp Psoriasis & Dandruff Liquid
🌱 For hair thinning & hair fall: Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density, Destined for Density, Hair Fall Defense Serum

Remember: Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. The best serum is the one that matches your scalp’s needs not what’s trending.

Which scalp concern are you trying to solve? Tell me below, and I’ll point you in the right direction. 👇

Some things I don’t mind spending my money on because they genuinely make my life easier, healthier, or more enjoyable. 👏🏽

As a busy entrepreneur, mom, hairstylist, certified trichologist, creator, and Realtor, I’m all about investing in things that actually add value to my everyday life.

✨ A few of my favorites:
• Seed Daily Synbiotic + Women’s Multivitamin
• Clarins Double Serum + Total Eye Lift
• My American Express Platinum Card & Capital One Venture Card (travel points are EVERYTHING ✈️)
• Monthly professional deep cleaning for my home (best investment for my sanity 😂)
• Monthly IV infusion membership with NAD
• Mercedes-Benz App so I can start my car before I even leave the house (summer AND winter!)
• Life360 Gold so I can see how fast my teenage boys are driving… because being a mom never clocks out. 😅

These aren’t necessities for everyone, but they’re absolutely worth it for me.

Now I want to know…
What’s one thing you happily spend money on every single month because it’s 100% worth it? 👇🏽

Not every supplement deserves a spot in your routine but these are the ones I personally believe are worth the investment.

As a certified trichologist, I always remind my clients that healthy hair starts from within. While supplements aren’t a replacement for a balanced diet or medical care, they can help support your overall health when they’re appropriate for your individual needs.

The supplements I consistently recommend looking into include:
✨ Seed Probiotic
✨ Seed Multivitamin
✨ NAD+
✨ Glutathione
✨ Omega-3
✨ Vitamin D
✨ Thorne B-Complex (B6)
✨ Clear Protein for hitting daily protein goals

Remember: the best supplement is the one your body actually needs. Before spending money, consider having your labs checked (such as vitamin D, iron/ferritin, and B12 if appropriate) and talk with your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Which supplement has made the biggest difference for you? Let me know in the comments I love hearing what’s working for everyone!

💕If you’re going to invest in your hair, invest in products that actually make a difference.

💫As a certified trichologist and healthy hair hairstylist, these are some of the products I consistently recommend because they support a healthy hair stronger hair , and long-term length retention not just temporary results.

✨ My recommendations:
• Detox Shampoo
• Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density
• K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask
• Absolut Repair Shampoo & Conditioner
• Superfruit Star Lightweight Hair Styling Oil
• Miracle 25 Leave-In Treatment
• Don’t Despair, Repair! Strength + Moisture Leave-In Treatment
• Minoxidil 5% (when appropriate for hair loss and regrowth)

Remember: no product is a miracle on its own. Healthy hair comes from the right routine, consistency, scalp health, and choosing products that fit your hair’s needs.

Which one have you tried, or which one are you adding to your routine next? Let me know below and save this post for your next beauty store run.

These are my go-to quick Gel-X nails when I want a clean, salon-quality look without leaving the house. Everything I used is from Amazon, and I’ve linked every product in my Amazon Storefront so you can recreate this set yourself.

As a busy mom, business owner, and creator, I love finding little ways to save time while still looking put together.

Would you try doing your own Gel-X nails, or are you leaving it to the professionals? 👇🏽

Hair steaming can be helpful but it’s not a must for everyone. 👀

If your hair is severely dehydrated or naturally low porosity, steaming may help improve moisture absorption. But if you’re steaming every week or every other week just because you think you should, it might be time to rethink your routine. You can be causing your curls to be limp, become more brittle and even break off…

Healthy hair isn’t just about adding more moisture. It’s about balance. Your hair also needs protein, strength, and structure to stay healthy, retain length, and reduce breakage.

Instead of following trends, learn what your hair actually needs. 💚

Have you been over-steaming your hair? Let me know in the comments.
