ONE Wellness Boutique, Inc.

Hunee… you’ve been watching what you eat, but have you been watching what’s been eating YOU?

atmospheres.rooms. conversations.streets.

We actually consume more than food…and sometimes what we call “WHO I AM” is really just an environment we’ve been eating from for too long.

👀 Sit with that.

📖 We All Eat a Little Bit of the Environment or Atmosphere…coming soon!!!

☕️ Sip wisely, Hunee.

🌿 An internal vision is becoming a reality.

As I prepare to enter my second year of my my doctorate program, I’m excited to begin the the baseline phase of what will become my dissertation research. What was once a vision for me will be seen through the lens of what has been growing in my heart.

This is just one leaf of a much larger tree. . .

Over the next few years, I’ll be developing and refining what I hope will become a transformative wellness model that explores the intersection of holistic healing, embodied spirituality, womanist theology, and community.

I’m looking for a group of women to become the Founding Cohort.

✨ Cohort 1 begins Sunday, July 12, 2026.

If you’ve been longing to:
🌿 Nourish your body through plant-based living
💜 Restore your mind and spirit
🚶🏾‍♀️ Develop healthier daily habits
📖 Reflect through guided journaling
🤝 Heal in community and accountability

If your spirit is saying, “This is for me,” I’d love to walk this journey with you.

Comment “ZOLA” below & complete the interest form below by Sunday.

Please feel free to share with your group of women friends.

“Healing beautifully.
Living intentionally.” 🌿💜

(This isn’t simply about a wellness program. It’s an opportunity to help shape something that I pray will impact women for years to come while contributing to meaningful scholarship and ministry.)
