Botox can do far more than soften forehead lines.
For this treatment, Dr. Stong strategically placed Botox in several areas to address both facial movement and muscle tension while maintaining a natural, balanced appearance.
✨ Masseters: Helps relax the strong jaw muscles, which can reduce clenching and create a softer, more tapered appearance through the lower face.
✨ Temporalis: Often treated alongside the masseters in patients who experience significant jaw tension or clenching, helping relax another major muscle involved in chewing.
✨ Glabella: Softens the vertical “11” lines between the brows caused by repeated frowning and muscle contraction.
✨ Crow’s feet: Reduces the fine lines that form around the outer corners of the eyes with smiling and squinting.
✨ Forehead: Softens horizontal forehead lines while carefully preserving natural movement and brow position.
At Kalos, all injectable treatments are personally performed by Dr. Stong with a customized approach based on each patient’s anatomy, muscle strength, facial balance, and goals.

Facial balancing with filler isn’t about adding volume everywhere — it’s about restoring proportion, structure, and harmony across the face.
Dr. Stong often treats several areas together to create a more balanced, refreshed result:
✨ Cheeks to restore youthful contour and enhance midface support
✨ Folds around the mouth to soften deeper lines and create a smoother transition through the lower face
✨ Chin to improve projection, proportion, and overall facial balance
When treated strategically, these areas can help the face appear more supported, lifted, and youthful.
At Kalos, all injectable treatments are performed personally by Dr. Benjamin Stong, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with every treatment customized to your anatomy and goals.

Good skin is about more than what happens in the treatment room. It is also shaped by the choices you make every day.
Professional treatments and medical-grade skincare can make a meaningful difference, but habits like tanning, skipping SPF, over-exfoliating, or neglecting your home routine can work against your progress.
At The K Spa, we believe the best results come from combining intentional treatments with consistent, personalized skincare.
A few things that simply do not mix:
Healthy skin + tanning
Results-driven skincare + skipping SPF
Professional treatments + neglected home care
A strong skin barrier + over-exfoliating
Long-term skin goals + quick fixes
Healthy, glowing skin is built over time. Consistency matters.

Liquid rhinoplasty is about more than simply adding filler to the nose. With precise placement, small adjustments can improve contour, symmetry, and overall facial balance.
Depending on your anatomy and goals, filler may be used to:
• Refine and define the nasal tip
• Create the appearance of a subtle tip lift
• Camouflage minor asymmetries
• Disguise a dorsal bump by smoothing the profile
• Create a more streamlined, balanced appearance from the front
Sometimes, adding a small amount of volume in the right place can actually make the nose appear more refined overall.
For the right candidate, it can be a beautiful way to create subtle refinement without surgery.

Working in facial plastics changes the way you think about aging.
Skin quality matters just as much as facial structure. You can have beautiful facial proportions, but texture, sun damage, laxity, pigmentation, and collagen loss can still affect how youthful and healthy the face appears. That is why treatments like medical-grade skincare, CO₂ laser resurfacing, and collagen-stimulating technologies can be just as important as structural treatments.
SPF is still one of the most important anti-aging tools available. Consistent sun protection helps limit cumulative UV damage that contributes to fine lines, discoloration, collagen breakdown, and premature skin aging.
And perhaps most importantly, not every concern needs surgery, but not every concern can be corrected nonsurgically either. Botox, filler, lasers, skincare, and energy-based treatments all have an important role, but they cannot reproduce what surgery can accomplish when deeper facial tissues have descended.
The goal should be to identify what is actually causing the concern and choose the treatment that makes the most sense for the anatomy, the stage of aging, and the patient’s goals.

At Kalos, we look at the face as a whole. Fine lines, volume loss, under-eye changes, skin laxity, jowling, texture, lip proportions, and even hair thinning can all have very different causes, which means they should not all be treated the same way.
Botox can soften dynamic lines. Juvéderm and Restylane can restore volume where it is appropriate. Profound RF and CO₂ laser can improve different aspects of skin quality, laxity, texture, and collagen remodeling. For structural concerns such as under-eye bags, hooded eyelids, jowls, or a long upper lip, surgical treatment may create a more meaningful correction because it addresses the anatomy directly.
The same principle applies to hair restoration. PRP can support weakened follicles, while FUE can restore hair in areas where follicles have been lost.
The goal is to choose the right treatment for the right problem and create results that look balanced rather than “done.”
Every treatment plan at Kalos is individualized based on anatomy, goals, skin quality, and the degree of correction needed.

Microneedling works by creating controlled microchannels in the skin, triggering the body’s natural wound-healing response. This signals fibroblasts to begin producing and reorganizing collagen and elastin, helping strengthen and remodel the skin from within.
And the remodeling process continues long after you leave the treatment room.
Published research has reported up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin deposition at six months following a series of microneedling treatments.
That gradual collagen response is why microneedling can be such a valuable treatment for:
• Fine lines and early signs of aging
• Uneven skin texture
• Enlarged pores
• Acne scarring
• Overall skin quality and firmness
The key is consistency. While your skin may look brighter and smoother relatively quickly, collagen remodeling takes time, and results continue developing over the following weeks and months.
Interested in incorporating microneedling into your skin plan? Schedule a consultation with The K Spa to determine the treatment protocol that makes the most sense for your skin.

Healthy-looking skin usually isn’t the result of one treatment, one product, or one facial. It’s the cumulative effect of taking care of your skin consistently over time.
For many patients, that may include:
• Regular professional facials to support exfoliation, hydration, and overall skin maintenance
• Medical-grade skincare selected for your individual skin type and concerns
• Daily SPF to help protect against UV damage, pigmentation, collagen breakdown, and premature aging
• Adjusting your routine as your skin changes with age, hormones, season, and lifestyle
• In-office treatments when appropriate to address concerns that skincare alone cannot fully correct
And while genetics absolutely influence things like skin thickness, oil production, pigmentation, pore size, and how we age, your daily habits still play a major role in how your skin looks and functions over time.
The goal is a consistent plan that actually makes sense for your skin.

Fractional CO₂ laser delivers controlled thermal energy into the skin through microscopic treatment columns. These tiny channels remove damaged surface cells while stimulating collagen production and deeper skin remodeling.
Because the laser treats only a fraction of the skin at a time, surrounding tissue remains intact, helping support a more efficient healing process.
As the skin regenerates, CO₂ resurfacing can help improve:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Uneven texture
• Sun damage and pigmentation
• Acne scarring
• Overall skin tone and quality
Immediately after treatment, the skin can appear red, swollen, and intensely resurfaced. Over time, as healing progresses and new collagen develops, the skin continues to become smoother, clearer, and more refined.
CO₂ laser is especially valuable for patients looking for a more comprehensive resurfacing treatment that addresses both visible surface damage and deeper signs of skin aging.
Treatment can also be extended to delicate areas such as the upper and lower eyelids when appropriate.
