Today was all about pouring back into ourselves—starting with a B12 shot, grabbing fresh groceries, picking up a few things for home (yes, I finally found the ceramic plates 😍), and simply enjoying a wellness day together.

I’ve been diving deeper into my wellness journey, and one thing I’ve really been enjoying is contrast therapy—alternating between the sauna and a cold plunge. 🧖🏽‍♀️❄️

For me, it’s become more than just a trend. It’s intentional time to reset, recover after workouts, and support my overall wellness. I love how it helps me slow down, feel refreshed, and gives me a moment to reconnect with my body.

Lately, I’ve been getting into my wellness bag, and one of my biggest goals has been calming my nervous system and taking better care of myself from the inside out. 🤍✨
