The most requested tool in this photo? 👀

This little silicone “fascia blaster.”

Think of it almost like dry brushing—but for soft tissue. Instead of bristles, it has flexible silicone texture that I use to create gentle friction and stimulation across the skin and superficial fascial layers.

I love using it as part of bodywork to:
• warm up an area before deeper work
• stimulate superficial tissue and circulation
• add sensory input to an area that feels “stuck” or guarded
• work across larger areas without immediately jumping into heavy pressure

And yes—it feels SO good. 😂

A good reminder that effective bodywork isn’t always about digging harder. Sometimes changing the texture, direction, speed, and type of input you give the nervous system and connective tissue makes all the difference.

Out of everything in my tool bowl, this is hands-down the one clients ask me about the most.

“Wait…what IS that thing?” 😂

One question I get all the time is: “Do you work with high school athletes?”

Absolutely.

This summer has been full of high school athletes preparing for college camps, gearing up for the fall season, and doing everything they can to stay healthy and injury-free.

Massage therapy is just one piece of the performance puzzle. I love collaborating with athletic trainers, chiropractors, strength coaches, and physicians to help support an athlete’s overall care. The best outcomes happen when everyone works together.

One of the biggest lessons I try to teach young athletes is independence—learning to understand their own body. So many movement patterns, compensations, and overuse injuries begin during the high school years. Developing body awareness, improving movement quality, and correcting mechanics now can have a lasting impact on performance and long-term soft tissue health.

A huge shout-out to Dr. Martin and the team at Malucci Sports Therapy in Alpharetta for the incredible work they do with athletes, and to Marist School for continuing to invest in the health and performance of their student-athletes. It’s an honor to be part of the team helping these athletes perform at their best.

The best marketing will always be a client who can’t stop talking about their experience.

Every review you leave means more than you know. Whether you came in for pain relief, lymphatic work, stress, or simply to reset, thank you for trusting me with your body.

I don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Swipe through a few of my favorite reviews from this month. 🤍

If we’ve worked together and you’ve been meaning to leave a review, I’d be incredibly grateful. Your words help the right people find me.

This isn’t a chest massage.

It’s intentional work over the sternum—a place where many of us unknowingly hold tension.

Gentle treatment through this area can encourage fuller breathing, soften protective muscle guarding, and help the nervous system shift toward a calmer, more regulated state. While the vagus nerve runs deeper through the neck and chest, creating ease in the tissues around the sternum and diaphragm can support the body’s natural “rest and digest” response.

Sometimes the greatest release isn’t found in the shoulders or low back.

Sometimes it begins with one deep breath.

It still doesn’t feel real sometimes.

I took a risk walking away from the “safe” career path to build something that actually felt meaningful to me. There were slow months, self-doubt, long days, financial stress, and moments where I questioned everything.

But little by little, the right clients found me. Word spread. Opportunities grew. And the same passion that people told me was unrealistic became the thing opening doors I never imagined possible.

Your life can completely change when you stay consistent at something long enough to become undeniable.

Hard work matters. Passion matters. Talent matters.
But persistence is what changes everything.

16+ A-listers… and it’s all been word-of-mouth.

No big launch. No ads. No chasing.
Just me, building this from the ground up—one client, one room, one session at a time.

Every referral led to another door… and somehow those doors kept getting bigger.

Each time I get a new A-list client, it still feels like the first one.

Same nerves. Same excitement. Same “how is this my life?” moment.

I don’t take any of it lightly.
I’m just grateful people trust me with their bodies, their recovery, their time.

Lately I’ve been making my own massage oil… and I’m kinda obsessed with it 😌

When you work with your hands all day, you get very particular about what you’re using. So I started blending high-quality essential oils with a mango body butter base to create something that feels amazing, lasts through the entire session, and actually supports the work I’m doing.

It’s smooth, it’s nourishing, and it holds up whether I’m doing deep tissue, lymphatic work, or a full body session.

No shortcuts over here — just really good ingredients going straight onto your skin.

I can’t wait for you guys to experience this on the table… it’s coming soon 👀
