For those who have been able to go back to work...⁣
For those who have not been able to reopen and go back to work...⁣

Remember to take care of your body. We all know how much strain that we can put on our bodies when we lash. Especially after time off from vacation... or a lockdown. ⁣

Make sure you are stretching your back, shoulders, wrists and hands. Allow enough time between clients and limit the number of clients per day! Consider allowing time to even do some stretching between appointments. ⁣

𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕤 𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕕 𝕓𝕪 𝔸𝕄𝕋𝔸 (American Massage Therapy Association)

But it 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝙉𝙊𝙏 be limited to Massage Therapists!!!

This goes for A̺͆N̺͆Y̺͆ persons that have a physically demanding job.

Whether that is sitting at a desk, zooming around a restaurant, working a front desk, standing on your feet all day, etc.

We should all learn to take care of ourselves and appreciate what we put our bodies through. Especially with these next isolated weeks for a great number of us.
