This is my life after the sacrifice; a morning in the kitchen.

15 years in medical school/training. The weight of saving lives daily. Representing 2% of black surgeons. Mentoring future physicians and nurses.

I thank God for letting me enjoy simple moments like this so I can continue to live out His calling without burning out.
