HonorBound Fitness

Happy Monday!

The world we live in is FULL of distractions!
And social media allows us to have a million things immediately available to us at our fingertips! Sometimes it’s hard to silence the noise and find our truth!

Let’s reset our minds this week…

“Focus on less, and achieve more of what is important to you!”

Ask yourself what can you control AND what is important in your life??

See you on the gym floor.

HonorBounds training and programming continues to help our athletes shine even when they get out of their comfort zone and take on a Crossfit Competition!

Congrats to Kathy Kathy Gerbers Zasada and our Coach Nick Kipp for taking home the Gold and the Silver yesterday at the Tru Games!

We are SOLD OUT!!!!

We are so excited to see everyone Throwdown on the 31ST!

If you have kids we will have some goodies for them too at the end :)
