What began as a vision became something more meaningful than I could have imagined. Inner Glow was a day to slow down, open our hearts, reconnect with ourselves, and experience the power of gathering in a space where every woman was welcomed exactly as she was. 🤲🏼
Watching this video brings every feeling back. The laughter. The tears. The quiet moments. The courage it took to be seen. The beautiful energy created when women chose to slow down and show up fully for themselves and one another.
I am deeply thankful to every woman who trusted this experience and brought her heart into the room. Thank you to Amy Litteral, Traci Gallagher of A Sacred Sanctuary, Amber Patrick, Black Veil Botanica, Makenzi, Sol Collector Photography, Whit’s Eats, and every helping hand that poured love into this day. Each of you helped make Inner Glow what it became.
This day changed something in me, too. Creating it asked me to trust my vision, use my voice, allow myself to be seen, and believe I could hold something this meaningful. 🙏🏼
Inner Glow reminded me that healing does not always happen alone. Sometimes it happens in a circle, through movement, touch, breath, music, tears, laughter, or the eyes of another woman quietly saying, “I see you.”
Your inner glow was never something you needed to find.
It was always there.
Sometimes, we simply need a little space, and one another, to remember. ✨
The intention for our next gathering is already taking shape. A place where you can exhale, feel supported, reconnect with your body, and leave carrying a piece of that connection into your everyday life. 🌿🦋
