Massage therapy increases dopamine and lowers cortisol!

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure, motivation and reward. While, cortisol is a stress hormone.

And that’s just scratching the surface of the benefits of massage & bodywork therapy.

So happy with these precious elements from (awesome & incredible graphic artist)
