A lot can change in 2 years
Things beyond your control can rock your whole world
You may need to ask for help
And thanks to the kindness of others, you find a way to keep going.
Big things could be in your future.
Or maybe things were not so bad and a new challenge will appear. Keep on keepin on.
Seek out happy moments
Youâre going to meet new people too! And you wonât remember not knowing them.
Before ya know it, another year has passed.
Supporting small in your community will always matter
Take time for yourself when you need it
You may travel to new places
And chase your dreams
Maybe youâll get married to someone you hadnât even met 2 years ago
Or leave one home for a new one
Maybe youâll be inspired to change careers because of the people that came into your life?
In two years time, that little bump will be walking.

GVL Update: itâs the final countdown.
We are officially looking to connect with amazing Greenville-based Massage Therapists who want to try something fresh and exciting to supplement their existing practices. Know someone perfect? Send them over to RU Social Spa Greenville, indeed, or dm us.
None of this would be happening without our phenomenal Asheville team and all of you. Thank you for believing in this concept and us.

How do you unwind?
â˘Do you Journal?
â˘Burn a scented candle?
â˘Take a hot bath with some herbal epsom salts or bath bomb?
â˘Enjoy a cup of tea in your favorite mug?
These things are small but meaningful ways to intentionally take care of yourself.
âWeâll just do 15 minutesâ
Itâs part of the appeal, right? No pressure. 15 minutes is worth the try. Ya just never know because every massage therapist is different. Or maybe walk in massage establishments have low expectations? But, then âŚ. âşď¸
We will always be happy to add more time when the schedule allows. We do it all the time.
Thanks for giving us that first time try and then coming back for more.

PSA!!! BOOMTOWN got a little too close this yearđĽđŹ
We were not informed that the stages had moved, and were very surprised to see this today. Weâre letting everyone know ,that we can ,about the noise level.
Even as a social spa - this will go beyond average noise and could have a negative impact on our small business on a weekend that is usually looked forward to after the mid to late August super slow down.
Will we make the best of it?-yes! Can you support us this weekend by enjoying some a/c and Dip & Sips while getting a massage with the party right outside? Oh boy, do we hope so!
Will we want to cry? Or, will we be busier than we ever imagined? We just donât know. đ˘ đ¤ˇđźââď¸
Reset your nervous system with a calming but highly effective face massage.
A 15 minute Letâs Face It is a perfect amount of time to focus on total relaxation and an area that sometimes gets ignored in massage.
Click the link in our bio to book yours and see why itâs often called our most relaxing service.
