I had a 3-year-old, a full-time life, and zero time for myself.

And I still got my body back. Here’s the truth nobody tells you 👇🏾

When I look at my toddler running around, I don’t think about the body I “lost.” I think about the body that GREW a human, then got up every 2 hours, then chased a tiny tornado around the house — and STILL found the strength to show up for itself.

Getting my body back after having a 3-year-old wasn’t about “bouncing back.”

It was about bouncing FORWARD. 🚀

Here’s what actually worked:

✨ 60 minutes > 0 minutes. I stopped waiting for the “perfect” hour workout. Nap time, 5am, 9pm — I moved when I could and scheduled sessions at ferocious fitness when I was available.

✨ I trained around my toddler, not instead of my toddler. Stroller walks, squat-while-they-play, carrying them on my back = strength training with built-in resistance 😅

✨ Protein first, always. Mom brain + low energy = I was under-eating and over-caffeinating. Fixed that first.

✨ I stopped comparing my chapter 2 to someone else’s chapter 1. My journey looks different. And that’s OK.

✨ I gave myself GRACE on the hard days — because consistency beats perfection every. single. time.

The “mom body” isn’t something to fix.

It’s something to FEED. To MOVE. To HONOR. 🫶🏾

Because she built a whole human and a whole new life — she deserves to feel strong, confident, and at home in her own skin again.

You don’t have to choose between being a great mom AND feeling good in your body.

You can be BOTH. 💯
