A note about our cancellation policy...

We truly value your time and ours, and we appreciate your partnership in keeping RAIN's schedule running smoothly. Because each appointment is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.

As a small salon with little walk-in traffic, when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or a client doesn't arrive, we aren't able to fill that time for our stylist with another guest. We understand that unexpected emergencies occur, and we always try to approach these situations with understanding, and flexibility when we can.

For clients with repeated cancellations or missed appointments, we may require a deposit or pre-payment to secure future appointments. We also routinely take deposits for longer services such as Creative Color appointments or Brazilian Blowouts. This simply helps us protect the time that has been specifically reserved for you and your service with our stylist.
