Yoga this weekend at Kur 🧡🧘🏼‍♂️ We have a special event this Sunday at 4:00pm – Yoga Nidra: Fall 🍁✨💤 Drop into deep rest with the fall edition of our Yoga Nidra Workshop. Each seasonal gathering offers a guided meditation inspired by nature’s changing rhythms—a chance to pause, reconnect, and give yourself permission to rest.

This autumn practice draws on imagery of falling leaves, warm colors, and quiet landscapes to explore letting go and settling into stillness. Gentle breathwork and the soothing tones of a chakra-tuned singing bowl complement the experience.

Throughout the 75-minute workshop, you’ll move gently between comfortable restorative poses while guided Yoga Nidra meditation invites you toward the restful space between waking and sleeping. You’ll also explore relaxation techniques you can return to at home to help you unwind before bed. All experience levels are welcome, and no yoga experience is required.

Peter discovered the profound relief of massage therapy after enduring long-term back issues and the physical strains of blue-collar work. When a career shift occurred after 30 years, he enrolled in massage school, embarking on a new and fulfilling path.

With several years of experience as a massage therapist, Peter strongly believes in the universal benefits of massage for both physical and mental well-being. While certain muscles commonly trouble most people, he always tailors his approach and techniques to the individual. Peter finds delight in learning new methods, especially those shared by colleagues, contributing to his continual growth in the field.

The diversity among guests keeps Peter engaged and adaptable. Particularly drawn to assisting older individuals, he aims to alleviate a lifetime of aches and pain, recognizing the increasing significance of therapeutic touch as people age.
