Celene's Touch- Massage Therapy & Bodywork

Times are weird and unnerving and our nervous system is a little out of body. Come in unwind, create space in your body to relax and walk away feeling refreshed and ready for the weird and unnerving world.

Loving yourself takes courage and patience!

Taking care of yourself isn’t always a massage, it can be a small as a walk, journaling, breathing, but it needs to be an everyday routine. You are the best you and nobody can take that away from you!

Getting a massage is empowering, letting your massage therapist know what you need, and telling them that the pressure is too much or too little. Moving your body on the massage table for your comfort, creates a safe and heard environment. My goal as a massage therapist is to create this space for every person on my table.

Avvy is fundraising for the Wheat Ridge High School volleyball team. She is selling Gold Cards for $30 please let me know if you are interested in buying one.

There are many reasons why massage is good for the body, mind and soul. For the body massage is good for taking time to rest. For the mind, it’s good for relaxing and releasing stress and for the soul, it’s good for taking time to reconnect to who you are!

I will be raising my rates by $10 starting October 1! Come in and take care of yourself!!
