Rubber based gel is the base coat for the client whose nails bend before they break.
It's thicker than a standard base, flexes with the natural nail instead of fighting it, and gives you a little structure without going full builder. Fewer chips, less lifting on thin or peeling plates, and it still soaks off clean.
