Healthy Hair Is Your Wealth Strategy!
I help stylists build the systems behind recurring clients, recurring income & healthier hair through strategic cutting, maintenance-based education, and salon wealth systems.
Your silk press may not be the problem.
Your client’s air-drying habit might be.
And a lot of clients are walking around thinking their silk press “doesn’t last” when the real issue started before they ever got back in your chair.
When the cuticle isn’t properly sealed, the hair loses moisture faster, and becomes drier and more vulnerable to splitting and breakage.
But I’ll be honest…I did not know what to look for at this level until I started specializing.
Because when you’re doing everything and every service, you’re often focused on just completing the service and making it look good.
When you specialize, you start studying the patterns.
The swelling.
The dryness.
The fuzzy ends.
The breakage.
The habits at home that keep undoing the result.
That is the difference between knowing how to perform a service and knowing how to build expertise around one.
Your client should not leave with a pretty result and no understanding of what keeps ruining it. She should leave knowing what needs to change, why it matters, and what she needs next.
That is how one service becomes more valuable.

Because, you were probably taught that the safest thing you could do as a stylist was learn everything.
Know how to cut, color, install, silk press…even braid(you know for slow seasons👀)
And on the surface, that sounds smart, right? Because more services should mean more opportunities to make money.
But there comes a point where being able to do everything starts costing you more than it pays you.
More inventory, timing variables and mental switching.
More content to explain. More reasons for your business to feel dependent on you doing all the things.
And what make this challenging to comprehend is that, you can still be booked while all of this is happening.
You can still make good money…have loyal clients.
You can still look successful enough that nobody questions your business model.
That’s why so many stylists stay in this “over everything” loop longer than they need to.
Specializing is not you throwing away everything you worked to learn. It is deciding which part of your ability deserves to become the thing your business is known, chosen, and paid for repeatedly.
You do not become less valuable because you stop offering everything.
Your business becomes easier to SCALE without your business requiring a different “you” every hour.
The Six-Figure Shift you need for your business is ready when you are.

The haircut wasn’t even the risk. Her life after the cut was.
I had never met her.
I did not know what she could maintain at home, how consistent she would be, or whether the look she loved would actually fit her lifestyle.
And a drastic cut can look beautiful when she leaves your chair and still become a bad client experience two weeks later.
My job is not to control my client.
My job is to make sure she understands what the decision will require and whether the result we are creating actually makes sense for her hair and her life.
Because sometimes the quickest way to lose trust is saying yes too fast.
And this is where being a great stylist starts requiring more than technical skill.
You have to know how to lead the decision, not just perform the service.
And that’s Six-Figure Society territory all day. In that space, I coach the decisions you need to make in your business that don’t come with a textbook.
So if you’ve been watching me for a while…you already know how I think.
Now it may be time to let me coach how you lead.
You have less than four months left in this year….
Do not enter the next one making the same business decisions alone.

Your client should not have to speak like a stylist for you to understand what she wants.
If that part of your consultation feels shaky for you, The LRC Method is probably the next room you need to be in.
Because your client is not responsible for speaking haircut language. You are responsible for translating what she means.
She may show a photo, describe a shape or past experience she does not want repeated.
And if you only listen for technical words, you can miss the actual request.
That is where strong consultations separate you.
When you learn how to listen past her wording, ask better questions, identify what the hair can realistically support, and turn what she is trying to describe into a recommendation that makes sense for her hair and her lifestyle.
That kind of interpretation builds trust fast.
And when a client feels understood, she becomes much more willing to follow your recommendation, return for maintenance, and stay connected to your expertise.
That is why I built deep consultation coaching into The Length Retention Cutting Method™.
🔥 If you need this…comment “LRC” and let me teach you how consultations became one of the strongest wealth vehicles in my business.
Stylists, content is not the extra thing you do when you have time.
It is how people learn why they should choose you.
Because while you are waiting on better lighting, better editing, the right angle, the perfect caption...
Someone with less experience is explaining what she knows and becoming easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to choose.
Your issue may not be that you “don’t know what or how to post.”
You may simply be overlooking the value in what you already know.
Your consultations, your recommendations, the reason you chose one approach over another.
That is content.
And when you start documenting your expertise instead of trying to manufacture content, it’s going to be sooooo good and so much easier on you.
And with less than four months left in this year, I really do not want you spending another season watching other stylists build demand around things you already know how to do.
The Six-Figure Shift™ is for the stylist who is ready to stop sitting on expertise that should already be creating demand.

We have ALL been there! 😂
You thought the mic was on…you thought you got the angle. And then you get home and realize half the appointment is missing.
And now you’re about to delete the entire video off your phone…but don’t do that!
Because mastery will give you more content than perfection ever will.
When you are truly good at one thing, almost every appointment gives you something worth teaching.
This is actually one of my favorite parts of coaching stylists, because sometimes you are sitting on SO much value in your business and you cannot even see it yet.
You think you need better content.
But sometimes you need deeper mastery so you actually have more to say.
And the lack of mastery does not only show up on Instagram.
It shows up when your business keeps depending on a new idea instead of building deeper demand around what already works.
So before I tell you to hire me as your coach and let me get all in your business 🤣...
I want you to start here.
➝ Comment “SHIFT.” I want you to see what changes when you finally build around the thing you already do really well.
You keep saying you need more clients.
But your books were full of women 60, 90, 120 days ago who loved their hair…
so why are you back on Instagram trying to replace them?
That’s the part I want you to look at.
Because if women are finding you, booking you, loving the result, and still not returning consistently, getting more people through the door is not fixing the real problem.
It just gives you more first appointments.
And that’s how you end up booked one week, staring at holes the next, running another special, posting harder, and wondering why your income still feels unpredictable.
The issue is what happens after she gets out of your chair.
Does she know what she needs next?
When she needs it?
Why staying consistent matters?
Or are you waiting for her to decide?
Because every time she decides when the relationship resumes, she is also deciding when your business gets paid again.
That is the part I teach stylists to change inside The Six-Figure Shift™.
Your service should have a clear next step.
Your client should have a reason to return.
And one client should be worth more than one appointment.
If you’re ready to stop replacing clients and start building recurring revenue from the women already sitting in your chair….

Stylist, there is a reason my client said she can’t wait to come back...and back...and back...
And baby, it was not just because the hair looked good.
She had already decided I was someone she wanted to stay connected to because I gave her more than a service.
I gave her understanding.
I showed her what I was seeing, explained why it was happening, I told her what needed to change, and I gave her a plan for where we were going next.
But I really need you to catch this…
That consultation did not create the mastery. The mastery created the consultation.
The more focused you become in ONE area, the more you start to notice what other stylists miss.
➝ You recognize patterns faster.
➝ You explain the problem better.
➝ You make stronger recommendations.
➝ You stop giving every client the same generic advice.
And that is where specialization starts making you wayyy more money.
Because your client stops seeing you as someone who can simply perform the service and starts seeing you as the person who understands her problem deeply enough to lead her through what comes next.
That is how one appointment becomes months, and sometimes years, of recurring revenue.
If your clients are disappearing for weeks at a time, The Six-Figure Shift™ is probably the conversation your business needs next.
So don’t wait until another slow month has to confirm it.
✅ Comment “SHIFT”...I have something just for you.

I think a lot of us say we trust God with the business, but still build it in a way that never gives us room to hear Him.
Rest is where you get refueled.
It is often where you can finally hear clearly, think clearly, and recognize the strategy God has been trying to get you to slow down long enough to receive.
But we also have to be practical about this. It is very hard to rest when your prices still reflect the stylist you were three years ago.
It is very hard to rest when every client has to text you personally to know what to book.
It is very hard to rest when every question, every reschedule, every payment issue, every appointment decision still has to pass through you.
That is why I believe systems are part of stewardship.
Inside Society, that’s the work I care about deeply.
Not just helping you earn more, but helping you build in a way that leaves room for God to lead, for your family to experience you, and for your business to keep moving without consuming every part of you.
God is the multiplier.
But we still have to build something that gives Him room to multiply.
The Society is open when you’re ready for that kind of business.
