I am no gym expert or guru, but I can tell you from my own personal experience. is a MUST in your routine if you want to see results 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was truly getting discouraged not seeing the results I wanted tbh. Within maybe 2 months of adding in creatine I saw a HUGE difference and still continue to see visible results. I'm not big on stuff I have to mix into water, drink a huge cup, and anyways - once creatine hits liquid, you have a short window that the creatine is still "good" and active. These are by far my favorite! They taste amazing, full daily dose in just 3-4 gummies, easy to toss in your bag and go, affordable, and effective. You are literally leaving gains on the bench if you are just worried about protein alone 🤷🏼‍♀️

Girl if regularity is a problem, SAME! Take it from someone who struggles with GI issues and meds that make being regular almost IMPOSSIBLE! I've tried it all. Mineral oil, handfuls of fiber capsules, prunes, apple juice, exlax you name it I've done it and I probably combine them all together with still no results!!!! 🫪BUT THESE WORK !
