Reintroducing Victoria 🌱
I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce Victoria and share a little more about her approach to skincare.

Why are women so often made to feel like we have to choose?
Be a devoted mother OR be ambitious.
Build a successful business OR be present for your family.
Work hard OR actually enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create.
I don’t want to choose.
I want to grow my business and keep dreaming bigger. I want to continue doing work that fulfills me and see how far I can take what I’ve built.
But I also want the mornings with my boys. The cuddles, the ordinary days, the vacations, the memories, and the freedom to be there while they’re little.
And no, I don’t expect to balance it perfectly.
There will be seasons when my business needs more of me and seasons when my family does. Some days I’ll feel accomplished, and other days I’ll feel like I barely kept everything together.
That’s okay.
For me, success isn’t building a business that consumes my life. It’s building one that eventually gives me more of my life back.
The business.
The motherhood.
The freedom.
The travel.
The memories.
