If you’re visiting Forbici October 2nd or 3rd, please plan ahead for your appointment. Harmony Fest will be taking place in Downtown Arlington Heights, which may result in limited parking around the salon, particularly during the afternoon and evening hours.

🚗 Please allow yourself extra time for parking to ensure you’re able to make it to your scheduled appointment on time.

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTE: During Harmony Fest, only the SOUTH entrance of the Highland Garage will be open.

‼️CLIENTS PLEASE READ - Important Update: Downtown Arlington Heights Parking Regulations

We would like to make our clients aware of recent changes regarding parking violations in downtown Arlington Heights. 

Parking violation fines have increased from $25 to $50. Additionally, unpaid violations may increase substantially over time:
* Initial Parking Violation: $50
* If unpaid after 7 weeks: $100
* If unpaid after 9 weeks: $130

We understand that these changes may cause frustration, and we want to emphasize that Forbici Salon & Spa does not establish, control, or enforce Downtown Arlington Heights parking regulations or parking violation fees.These policies are determined and enforced by the Village of Arlington Heights. 

To help avoid receiving a parking violation, we strongly encourage all clients to check the posted time limit of their parking space to ensure it accommodates the length of their scheduled appointment. If your appointment(s) will be longer than 4 hours, we recommend parking in a designated 4+ hour parking spot.

Please visit the website for Village of Arlington Heights parking information, which provides details about parking locations, restrictions, and permitted parking time. We have requested that the updated violation fees be posted in the parking areas, as well as on the Village’s parking webpage. This has not been implemented as of yet.

If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding the updated violation fees, we encourage you to contact the Village of Arlington Heights directly, or share your concerns with the Arlington Heights Village Board, as these regulations are outside of the salon’s control.
