I’ve had a couple people tell me they think this post is about them, that was never my intention!!! This post was mainly about my online booking site and people booking multiple appointments and canceling there appointments 30min before there scheduled time. It leaves me with no way to refill the time slot. I get things happen and I absolutely love my regular clients and this was in no way meant towards any one person at all!

Unfortunately this has become a necessity lately.

Booking & Cancellation Policy Changes

To provide the best experience for all of my clients, a credit card is now required to secure your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
