🧼 Lash Preparation & Cleanliness

• Squeaky-Clean Eyes: Please arrive with completely clean eyes and freshly washed lashes.
• No Makeup Residue: Ensure there is absolutely no mascara, eyeliner, or oily residue on or around your eyes. Clean lashes ensure the best possible adhesive bond and extensions that last.
• Ready to Relax: Coming with clean lashes ensures your appointment time is spent entirely on your set. Your only job is to lay down, close your eyes, and enjoy a peaceful lash nap while I focus on perfecting your custom, safely isolated lash extensions.

⏱️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made under the 24-hour mark, as well as no-shows, will result in an immediate forfeiture of your deposit.
• Rebooking: To schedule a new appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required to secure your spot.

As of today when you book for your fills and full sets, there is a minimum of a $25 deposit that you will have to put down when you book your appointments. Attention Lash Clients 🚨 I want to take a moment to talk about my booking and cancellation policy. I absolutely love what I do, and I love every single one of you. I also know that life happens and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. I have always been very understanding and tried to be as flexible as possible.However, as a small business owner, time is my only income. When a last minute cancellation or no show happens, I not only lose that income, but I also miss the opportunity to offer that spot to someone else on my waiting list. So because of this I must enforce my cancellation Policy moving forward. My policy is clearly stated when you book your appointments, and this boundary allows me to keep my business running smoothly and fairly for all my clients. As summer kicks into high gear, I am adjusting my schedule so I can soak up the sun and spend quality time with family, while still making sure all of you stay completely lashed and gorgeous!Starting next week my hours will be:✨ Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: Working until 10 am to 5:00 PM✨ Monday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Perfect for those after-work touch-ups!)✨ Saturday: Taking most Saturdays off to enjoy the weekends, with a few limited exceptions!Appointments for these prime summer slots will fill up fast, so please make sure to book your fills and full sets well in advance.Thank you all so much for your continuous love and support!
