It can be HARD as a hairstylist to take accountability or make time for adjustments in our schedule when something doesn't go our way. The hardest part is it may not even be our fault! It could be inconsistencies in color lines, old color on the hair or it could be just a missed spot because let's face it, we are all HUMAN! However, although we all strive for perfection, this is something to be extremely proud of! This shows that your stylist really cares and that they want to put in the time and effort to make sure you leave feeling happy and beautiful! I am so incredibly proud of the team we have at Sage & Ash!

Monday was spent brushing up on our cutting skills and learning a few new techniques. ✂️
We’re big on continued education and creating opportunities to grow as stylists. Always good to get together, learn something new, and get back behind the chair with fresh perspective.
