3 key 🔑 factors I always consider when it comes to consultation

Kindness - to be considerate non condescending

Fair - the art of LISTENING 👂 to understand rather than following your desire of what you feel like doing based on your subconscious of what’s going around whether it’s on trend or not.

Confident - often the clients has the urge to take full control of the dialogue and where the haircut is directed… when sometimes we often have to declare certain styles wont suit our client.

Do you have the confidence to address this in that situation?
