🔥 RF Microneedling = TIGHTENING + COLLAGEN
Tiny needles deliver radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin, creating controlled heat that stimulates collagen and elastin remodeling. Over time, this helps improve laxity, firmness, pores, fine lines, and overall skin quality.

✨ Erbium YAG Laser = RESURFACING + TEXTURE
Erbium is an ablative laser that works more superficially, precisely resurfacing the skin to improve texture, fine lines, pigmentation, sun damage, and that overall dull or crepey appearance.

Together? Tighten underneath. Resurface on top.

That’s why I love Pix:E. Instead of asking one technology to do everything, we combine two modalities that target different layers of aging skin for a more comprehensive result.

Neck tox deserves more attention 👏🏼

Neurotoxin isn’t just for forehead lines.

For the right patient, treating the platysma can create a subtle but beautiful improvement through the lower face, jawline, and neck. This is often called a Nefertiti neck lift.

💉 By strategically relaxing the downward pull of the platysma, we can:
• Soften prominent neck bands
• Reduce downward pull on the jawline
• Create a cleaner, more defined jawline
• Improve the appearance of the neck
• Give the lower face a subtle “lifted” look

Okay, these results are WILD. 🤯

Hair restoration is one of those treatments where patience matters because meaningful change happens over months, not overnight. But when you compare the photos side by side… 😮‍💨👏🏼

This patient’s customized hair restoration plan included PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor) to support the scalp environment and hair follicle health.

What I love most about these photos is seeing improvement where it matters:

🤎 Fuller appearance along the part and hairline

Hair loss is complicated, and there is rarely one treatment that is right for everyone. Genetics, hormones, thyroid function, nutrition, stress, medications, metabolic health and the type of hair loss all matter. That’s why I prefer to evaluate the why behind the thinning and build a treatment plan around the individual patient.

LASER SEASON IS STARTING and this is one of my favorite ways to resurface + remodel skin. 🔥

Pix:E = two modalities in one treatment:
RF microneedling for deeper collagen remodeling + skin tightening, followed by customizable Er:YAG laser resurfacing to improve texture, pores, fine lines and overall skin quality.

The two questions I get most:

“Does it hurt?”
Comfort has come a LONG way, even in just the last couple months 🙌🏼 We use topical numbing, offer nitrous oxide during treatment, and now have access to a newer, first-in-class NON-OPIOID prescription pain medication for appropriate patients. It targets pain signaling in the peripheral nervous system and has been a major addition to our comfort options.

“What’s the downtime?”
This is customizable. Your downtime is driven mostly by how aggressively we resurface with the laser portion. We can choose ablative or non-ablative settings based on your skin, goals and how much downtime you can accommodate. For many of my Pix:E treatments, I tell patients to plan roughly 3–5 days of social downtime, but more aggressive resurfacing can require longer.

And yes, you’ll see improvement after ONE treatment. But collagen remodeling is cumulative. For deeper resurfacing, tightening and overall skin remodeling, I typically recommend 2–3 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, then maintenance as needed. 🤍
