I even like to match in the gym lol
I must be doing something right because I haven't had any lower back pain in weeks.
Haven't did these in awhile but I kinda like them.

I rarely static stretch before my workouts. Warm up yes, but static stretching no. I save those for when I'm done. Sometimes I do use the foam roller before and after my workouts if a certain part of my body is particularly sore and tight.
