Got to celebrate Gauge Braxtons 19th Birthday!
6/29/2005 @ 1:28AM. Still the happiest memory of my life when he was born into this world. I still remember how in love and in awe I was seeing him for the 1st time.
He brought over his new grill & grilled up some Ribeyes for us. 👌🏼👌🏼 Mom even got out of bed to sing Happy Birthday too.(she’s been in bed due to her stage 4 cancer)
Doesn’t matter how old any of us get, singing Happy Birthday and blowing out a candle to make a wish will always be tradition. Keeping the inner child alive.

Ladies, don’t keep secrets of the abuse and don’t allow their verbal intimidation, physical abuse & threats to keep you stuck cuz you think that’s what marriage is. Marriage is freedom. It’s not feeling afraid or feeling stuck!
I’m grateful for this experience because it’s made me realize my worth!
