She has served as our Lead Stylist Support Specialist and Content Creator, but her impact goes even deeper.

Marlen was apart of helping us define the Core Values that guide who we are today.
She has been apart of conversations, changes and growth with so many moments behind the scenes that have helped shape The Salon.

Now it is our turn to celebrate her as she follows a new dream and heads back to school to become an esthetician.

This new guest wanted low-maintenance dimension without feeling blonde—or dealing with the brassiness she had experienced with bleach.

Starting with virgin brunette hair and about 15% gray, we chose high-lift color instead of lightener to lift and tone in the same service.

The result: soft, cooler dimension that keeps her brunette, adds brightness, and takes a gentler approach to the hair.
