Facial or chemical peel… which one does your skin actually need? 🤔

The answer really depends on where your skin is right now.

Facials are such an important part of maintaining healthy skin and are a great place to start if you’re new to professional treatments. They give you that immediate boost in hydration, brightness and glow—with little to no downtime and plenty of relaxation mixed in. 🙌🏼

Chemical peels are more of a next step when we’re ready to go a little deeper. They’re best for skin that has been properly prepped with consistent home care + regular treatments and can help us more intentionally target things like pigmentation, fine lines, uneven tone, acne, texture and overall skin renewal.

Neither one is necessarily “better”—it’s all about choosing the treatment that makes the most sense for your skin right now.
