Let’s talk AI:

Day after day, we as stylists are given inspiration photos (which is great) BUT now it’s extremely difficult to make those inspiration photos a reality because honestly, they aren’t real.

You put your own photo into AI and ask “What hair color and style would look good on me?” So it takes your natural, fine and grey hair and it creates this multi dimensional color with a beautiful, frizz free, voluminous and perfect blowout.

Does it look gorgeous? ABSOLUTELY.
Does it also give you false hope? Also, yes.

I’m not telling you not ever use these images but just know that the photo you are seeing may not be achievable because the texture, thickness, and even budget to achieve those looks isn’t where it needs to be.

I did a little test of that. The first image is mine. The second image is AI. I told AI to smooth out the hair and make the background look like a salon and BOOM.

It looks perfect but it’s not real.

If you take anything away from this, make it this:

You’re real and beautiful without all the edits.

With that, comes a slight change to my hours. Still the same days, just less nights and weekends. Be sure to book ahead, the evening appointments I do have available, go quick!
