Happy Birthday Taylor Jones!! You are one of the best things that has ever happened to BellaWinniSalon. The growth you have made to this business wouldn’t have ever happened without you. Fun fact I used to do Taylor’s hair. We didn’t talk much back then (I know can you believe that) I and I didn’t know she was about to become an esthetician. I had just hired someone when I saw her post on empire beauty schools website. Luckily fate aligned us anyway and I am forever grateful to have her not only as an essential part of Bella Winni but also a part of my life. You’re gifted, knowledgeable, and just as hard working as I am. Funny, sassy, caring, and it’s an honor to know you, work with you. 🇺🇸🩵 Alton Old Home Day Parade 2026! 🩵🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Alton Old Home Day and cheered us on along the parade route! We are so grateful to be part of such an amazing community. And thankyou to my volunteers including my nephews first parade and my hubby who drove the truck so I could hand out lots and lots of goodies as a Thankyou to our amazing community. I’ve been in Alton since I was a kid. My family had a lake house boat house and the lake and this town is very special to me. I’ve watched it change and grow over the years and becoming a part of that is important. Also thankyou to the Alton Business Association for all of the hard work they do for this even and many others. Plus law enforcement for directing traffic and those who sat patiently waiting in traffic so we could show our pride for the town for an hour. Thankyou 🩵❤️🤍

This year, our Rosie the Riveter theme meant a little something extra to me. 💪🏼❤️🤍💙

As a woman and business owner, one of the things I am most proud of is creating a space where women can thrive, earn a living, build confidence, and advance their careers.

I will always encourage women to be independent, believe in what they are capable of, chase after their goals, and create a life and career they are proud of.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching the women on our Bella team grow—not only in their talent, but in their confidence, careers, and accomplishments. Watching them take chances, learn new things, reach goals, and do incredible things has been one of the most rewarding parts of owning Bella Winni.

Rosie represented women stepping up, working hard, and proving what they were capable of—and that spirit still means so much today.

To my Bella girls: I am incredibly proud of you and everything you continue to become. 🩵
