After spending years helping women feel confident, relaxed and cared for, I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly.

I’m proud to call both the UK and the USA home, I’m a mum, a grandmother, a lover of nature, documentaries and all things water… and I’ve always believed that beauty treatments should be about so much more than how you look.
