This beautiful client is nearly 80% gray, and this color didn’t happen in one appointment.

Over the last several visits, we’ve been color balancing, adjusting her toners, introducing lowlights and paying very close attention to how her natural gray responds.

Because gray hair isn’t simply hair without color.

Unpigmented hair can take artificial color differently. It can reflect light differently. And two sections of seemingly similar gray hair can give you very different visual results.

So we’ve adjusted. We’ve talked. We’ve listened to the hair. And we’ve listened to each other.

That’s not my business model.

Sometimes five foils really are all you need. But five foils should be the result of a thoughtful decision, not the goal.

I take my time. I consult. I study your color, texture, haircut, lifestyle and maintenance before deciding where light and dimension belong.

If you need 5 foils, I’ll use 5.
If you need 35, I’ll use 35.

Efficiency is a skill. Cutting corners isn’t.
