Little video tip of something that has helped me the past year. Grounding and sun exposure with deep breaths in the morning.
And since I forget everything when I go to make a video here is what each helps.
Grounding: reduce inflammation, help regulate circadian rhythm for awake/sleep cycles, improve circulation.
Sun exposure( red light therapy): improve skin health, promotes wound healing, reduce inflammation, stimulates hair follicles, promotes collagen production, vitamin d for immune support, regulates cortisol.
Breathwork: reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, immune system support, boosts energy
